Picture Story Progress, NO Way!
I know I am super late with this post, honestly I was very excited to present a lot of new content, so here it is. This week and last week, we started out picture story projects. As I continue to follow my theme, anime, i created a picture story that represents me meeting all my favorite anime characters for a cup of coffee. I think for most anime fans this would be the most amazing feeling in the world.
I actually used myself in all three of the photos to really show that I am a huge fan of anime trying to open the doors to so many new anime lovers. Here are one of the three images that I created and included within my picture story.

Audience: My audience are people who are either are new to anime or long time fans. I plan to continue to entertain those who love anime and try to introduce this amazing art form for those who aren’t as invested in it. Honestly anime is something most would not want to miss out on, so many things to discover and the art is just beautiful.
Purpose: Once again to keep those who love anime entertained and to recruit new anime lovers. It's awesome to introduce others to a whole new culture that is different to what they are used to. Also, I want to show anime isn’t just some kid cartoons, they are very complex and deserve to get more attention.

With this simple one I just took out the earth element and enlarged the stars to substitute as a background. It perfectly includes all my brand colors as well.

- Continue to keep a balance of images below text and try and keep everything neat/spaced out.
- Continue the white text font color on the black background
- Include other secondary sources if need be such as links, etc…

ReplyDeleteThis is such a unique take on the picture story project; I applaud your creativity. I think that you executed the assignment really well, and in a way vastly different from everyone else! I like that the characters are represented as reflections in your glasses, I think that that was a really creative way for you to integrate their presence into your photos. I also appreciate your explanation for why you chose to leave the photos in black and white (tribute to mangas). I also think your use of short, succinct captions worked well in conjunction with your longer introductory paragraph.
